Tour Itinerary
At 9:00 a.m., our local partner will meet you at your hotel or hostel in the village of Lanquín. From there, you’ll be transferred by a safe local truck to the K’anba (Yellow Gopher) Caves base, where you’ll pay the entrance fee and receive safety instructions from a certified local guide. You will then begin your adventure inside the K’anba Caves, exploring approximately 1,000 meters in and out while immersing yourself in this unique underground experience. After the caves, enjoy a fun tubing experience on the Cahabón River for about 30 minutes. Later, you’ll hike up to the Semuc Champey viewpoint (Mirador) for stunning panoramic views. Finally, you’ll have free time to relax, swim, and soak in the crystal-clear natural pools of Semuc Champey. The tour concludes with the return transfer to Lanquín village around 4:00 p.m.
