Marvelus Travel began with Daniel Jiatz and Jorge Jiatz, and a shared ambition: to help travelers discover the region through the knowledge and hospitality of the people who call it home.

Established in 2006, the company has grown from its Guatemalan roots into a travel business with international experience. Our work brings together destination knowledge, local contacts and the practical coordination that a well-planned journey requires.

We assist independent travelers, families and groups with transport, excursions and travel arrangements throughout Central America. Whether you are connecting destinations or planning a longer itinerary, our team takes the time to understand your plans and help you navigate the details.

Logistics & Marketing · Co-founder

Originally from a village near Panajachel, Daniel brings a background in Business Administration and experience traveling throughout Central America, Mexico and the United States. His work connects destination knowledge with the logistics and development of Marvelus Travel.

Olivia del Carmen Alonzo

Sales & Operations

With experience in the hospitality industry, Olivia coordinates sales and operations. She assists travelers with their questions and arrangements, helping turn ideas and itineraries into practical travel plans.

Ingrid Jiatz

Accounting

Ingrid supports the financial organization of Marvelus Travel, helping keep accounting records, payments and day-to-day administrative processes in order. Her attention to detail contributes to clear, reliable coordination between our team, travelers and local partners.

José Ewaldo López Cabrera

Webmaster & IT

José oversees the company’s information technology, website and online systems. His work supports the digital tools and network that connect our team with travelers.
