Shuttle from Granada to San Juan del Sur
Though it will be express shuttle from Granada to San Juan del Sur, but stopped multiple times, also very crowded. Bags not quite safe on the roof. You can book the same shuttle in Granada directly for $15.

20' d'arret à Granada suivies de 30 de plus environ pour aller chercher d'autres passagers. Peut eyrebaurions nous pu les attendre à la station directement puisque le shuttle y est repassé. Service de qualité. Chauffeur ponctuel et agréable.

The travel should be 3.5 hours and it took 5 hours. But the most thing is that the driver was very disrespectul, he did not help me to put my lugage to the top of the van and after he was laughing about me. I will never travel again with you and I will put a comment on tripadvisor to alert people.

I would have liked to know where the pick up was. There were some vans picking people up in front of the ferry and others were getting people at the parking lot inside the gate. At first no one knew the pick up location until the man at the info booth inside the gate told me the location. Why is it that you wouldn't have the name of your business somewhere on the van?

The bus was scheduled for 11:00 but they said ot could be as late as 11:30. It actually came at 11:40. I was a little cunclear on exactly where to catch the bus and I had to call the company a few times before someone answered. It took much more than the advertised amount of time to reach our destination. The drivers were friendly and the bus was comfortable.

Bus was on time! Was a little confusing at first as where the pick up location would be but received a quick email response. Felt safe and driver was pleasant!
