You Depart from Flores at 7 am, on the way you will have the breakfast, on summer you will be transferred by shared van or Winter sould be on truck, double tractions, you only can be transferred by vehicle until Carmelita Village, by 4 hours, From there you need to rent a Mule for your luggage, you will walk for 3 days to get there and 2 days back.
