Full Costa Rica Adventures is a 14-day route focused on San Jose, Monteverde, La Fortuna, Arenal, Tortuguero, Manuel Antonio, Tamarindo, Puerto Viejo.
Expect several regional transfers; the timing between San Jose, Monteverde, La Fortuna works best with light luggage and flexible evenings.
The trip combines volcano areas around Arenal, La Fortuna with cloud forest activities around Monteverde canopy and zipline activity days.

What to bring

Pack comfortable walking shoes, light rain jacket, warm layer, insect repellent, plus quick-dry clothes, dry bag or plastic pouch, swimwear, sandals, reef-safe sunscreen.
Use a small day bag for Arenal, La Fortuna and Monteverde activity days.
